Manchester City will remain without Ederson and Kyle Walker for Aston Villa's visit to the Etihad Stadium on Wednesday night.
Ederson hasn't played since early March in the 1-1 draw at Anfield with Liverpool. He picked up a thigh injury after colliding with striker Darwin Nunez.
