A fat loss coach had shared an air fryer recipe - and it has us drooling.
Taking to TikTok, Shayne Rowland aka @proflex.health who has amassed over 1.2 million likes, showed his near 150,000 followers how to make a banana sundae in the much-loved kitchen gadget.
In one of his videos, the coach said he suffered with binge eating, crippling anxiety and not wanting to get out of bed. However he turned his life around and is now helping others to feel good about themselves on their journey.
In his recipe video he says: "This air fryer hack has made me look at bananas in a whole different way. After trying this, I think I'm addicted now."
Calling the taste "incredible" he uses low calorie ice cream. He opted for vanilla however you can customise the toppings.
The recipe serves one however if you want to double it, just double the recipe and so on. It's quick and easy to make - and you can even try it with your kids.
