Jasmine Armfield and Tilly Keeper are some of the former EastEnders stars who enjoyed a soap reunion at a friend's forest-set wedding.They were also joined by former castmate Shaheen Jafargholi and YouTuber Romell Henry for a group photo full of smiles and laughter in celebration of the happy couple. Weddings are always a great chance to catch up with old friends, and these ex-EastEnders enjoyed a trip down memory lane. Shaheen posted the photos to Instagram captioned "besties got married", including one of himself looking super smart in a tux and holding a colourful bouquet of flowers at the stunning big day.
Their group photo showed the friends posing outdoors in the wedding's forest setting and looking much more glam than in their Albert Square days. Other photos showed the wedding taking place under a yurt in the forest, with groomsmen dressed in beige and the bride in a flowing lace gown. Shaheen played Shakil Kazemi in EastEnders between 2016 and 2018, but his character was killed off as part of a knife crime storyline.
His acting career has continued, with him later seen as Marty Kirkby in Casualty. He rose to fame on Britain's Got Talent aged just 12 when he wowed judges and viewers with his incredible singing talents. Shaheen also appeared in a tribute to Michael Jackson at the 2009 MOBO Awards.
Jasmine played Bex Fowler in EastEnders from 2014 to 2020, with her character leaving Walford to go travelling after struggling with the pressure of being offered a uni place at Oxford.
