EastEnders fans were left on the edge of their seats during Tuesday's drama-filled episode, as Freddie Slater attacked evil Theo Hawthorne in the Slaters' kitchen. Theo has been stalking and tormenting Stacey Slater for weeks and she was left terrified after her attempt at getting a Stalking Protection Order against him was denied by the court. With Theo having moved in next door, Stacey has been unable to escape him and after confronting him in the Square, he later broke into Stacey's home after realising she was in there alone.
In harrowing scenes, Theo cornered Stacey in the kitchen as he continued to spin tales about the pair being 'in love', much to her horror, and as she tried to escape her grabbed her and pinned her down on the floor. Having been out drinking with friends after a tough day, which saw him involved in a fight at Peggy's and coming face-to-face with his rapist father Graham Foster, Freddie headed home and found Stacey just in time, as Theo was moments away from attempting to rape her. Freddie lost his temper and proceeded to attack Theo, leaving Stacey hysterical as Theo's lifeless body lay on the floor.
Fans were left speechless at the scenes, with many praising EastEnders on social media. One fan penned: "Wow! That was a powerful ending tonight! #EastEnders," as a second said: "Damn EastEnders was so good tonight, I don't think I blinked I was so on edge! EastEnders is by far our best soap right now #EastEnders". "Go on, Freddie.
