Eamonn Holmes has ripped into his former This Morning colleagues once again, as he declared that "Phillip was sacked" from his role on the show. Eamonn, 63, who used to present the show on Fridays alongside his wife, Ruth Langsford, has never been shy about voicing his disdain for Phillip Schofield, 61, and his former co-host, Holly Willoughby, 42.. And since Phillip announced on Saturday that he would be stepping down from This Morning, Eamonn didn't waste the opportunity to tear into him and Holly during his presenting slot on GB News.
It came during the newspaper review section of the show, as a suited-and-booted Eamonn said savagely: "Oh please just stop this. He was sacked. All this nonsense of 'I've decided to step down'.
