The nostalgic and vibrant musical Dreamboats and Petticoats is back for a new, third instalment - Bringing On Back The Good Times.
As part of its UK tour, the production will be playing at the Palace Theatre Manchester for a limited time, from Monday, March 14 to Saturday, March 19, 2022.
For one week only, local audiences will be able to see Bobby, Laura, Norman, Sue and the gang get together for the follow-on musical inspired by the multi-million-selling Dreamboats and Petticoats albums.
Like its well-received Dreamboats predecessors, the show promises lots of feel-good vibes and popular melodies from the golden era of rock ’n’ roll.
Bringing On Back The Good Times will see the return of the original characters from Dreamboats and Petticoats, along with the same wit, charm, and songs from the fifties and early sixties.
The show follows young musicians Bobby and Norman, who compete to win the hearts of their adoring female fans - and more importantly, the gorgeous Laura.
But when Laura shows that she's no slouch with the guitar, rock 'n' roll fame beckons.
Inspired by the smash-hit albums, the Dreamboats’ musicals feature some of the greatest hit songs ever written - by Roy Orbison, The Shadows, Eddie Cochran, Billy Fury, and Chuck Berry to name a few.
Guaranteed to have you reminiscing and singing out loud, don't miss the Dreamboats gang in this third and latest instalment.
Performances are from Monday, March 14 to Saturday, March 19 at 7.30pm, with matinees on Wednesday and Saturday at 2.30pm.
Tickets start from £13. To find out more and book your tickets, visit the website.
