Don Farmer, who was one of the original anchors on CNN at its launch in 1980 after a long career as a correspondent for ABC News, died on Wednesday at age 82.
Farmer’s wife, Chris Curle, told the Atlanta Journal Constitution that he died from complications related to progressive supranuclear palsy, a rare neurological brain disorder, in Naples, FL.
