Justin Bieber, Michael Bublé, Tate McRae and Will Arnett have been named team captains for the upcoming NHL All-Star Game.Yesterday (January 21), the NHL took to Instagram to announce the team captains for their upcoming All-Star Game, which takes place at the Scotiabank Arena on February 3. Four teams have been announced for the game, namely Team Matthews, Team McDavid, Team MacKinnon and Team Hughes.A post shared by NHL (@nhl)Team Matthews will be led by Toronto Maple Leafs center Auston Matthews and Justin Bieber, with the team’s defenseman Morgan Rielly as assistant captain.

Björk and Philip Glass are among the musical guests that have been announced for the new album by US electronic producer Jlin.The eleven-track album is called ‘Akoma’ and will be released via Planet Mu Records on March 22. Jlin has also shared the first track from it, ‘The Precision of Infinity’, which features the legendary minimalist composer Glass.

K-pop girl group FIFTY FIFTY has expressed her plans to continue releasing music through the group.In a press release earlier this week per The Korea Times, Keena shared that she is “gearing up to share more love, hoping we can walk this path together in the future.” The rapper is currently the only remaining member of the group following a dispute between its former members and label Attrakt last year.The label previously announced in November 2023 that it plans to add new members to FIFTY FIFTY, and for the group to continue as a four-member act. Keena echoed this sentiment in her statement, saying: “Once again, I’m preparing to entertain and demonstrate my hard work with FIFTY FIFTY’s songs.”Attrakt also reportedly expressed its intention once again to search for new members for FIFTY FIFTY, adding that “this opportunity has been made possible by Keena’s return [to the agency].”The rapper had notably co-written some of the group’s past songs, including their debut single ‘Higher’ and the Korean version of their Tiktok viral hit ‘Cupid’.The girl group first debuted in November 2022 with the line-up of members Saena, Sio, Keena and Aran.

Find footage of the show below.Held in New Jersey last night (January 4), the event was titled ‘Artist For Aid’ and saw numerous musicians from all genres come together to help raise funds for the ongoing humanitarian crises in Gaza and Sudan.The benefit show took place at Newark Symphony Hall and was spearheaded by rapper and poet Mustafa, who is from Sudan.Among those performing was British rapper Stormzy, who took to the stage to perform two of his hits ‘Holy Spirit’ and ‘Hide & Seek’.

Maggie Rogers has teased the arrival of new music in a social media post this week (January 1).The clip of new music was first shared back in summer, when Rogers also confirmed that she has finished writing and recording her third album.
