Diplo is breaking his silence after he’s accused of violating “revenge porn” laws.
On Friday (June 28), the 45-year-old DJ, whose real name is Thomas Wesley Pentz, was sued by a former partner, who alleged that he shared intimate videos and images of them via social media without her consent.
In the suit, the unnamed woman alleged that their encounters were consensual and that they were involved between 2016 and 2023, but she said that Diplo filmed them, which she said she allowed, and then he allegedly shared the content via Snapchat.
After the news made headlines, Diplo took to Instagram to react.
