Dion Charles believes he has had to blow off a few cobwebs after only recently returning to playing to competitive club football but is returning closer to full match fitness after a tremendous first goal for Bolton Wanderers.
The striker joined Wanderers at the start of the January transfer window for an undisclosed fee from Accrington Stanley.
He had not played for the Wham Stadium side since September following a contract dispute at John Coleman's side.

He has since played four times for Bolton and the latest came over the weekend against Salop, where he scored a late winner with a remarkable strike from the edge of the box.
Charles said he knew it was a goal from the moment it left his boot and believes the late winner and celebrations with the travelling Wanderers fans was a special moment.
Dapo Afolayan came off the bench to tee up Charles and the striker believes the club's top scorer being a substitute shows the quality Wanderers possess in the final third and why it keeps him on his toes.
He said: “I had a great angle on it, as soon as it left my foot I knew it was a goal and I ran off to celebrate with the crowd.
“We have not had the best of results recently. It has picked up a bit since I have been here and it shows what it means right there.
“It is why you play football, you want moments like that, last-minute winners. It is very special for me.
“That’s the first one of many.
“He (Afolayan) is the top scorer at the club and a great player. The gaffer put his faith in me to start the game but every player knows they have to be right on their game because if you are not, someone like that will come in and show
