Well, this is awful news if true!
We have no idea if there’s any validity to this, but a new rumor has sprung up online about everyone’s favorite couple from It’s Always Sunny In Philadelphia. Or second favorite maybe? We don’t know. Anyway, we’re talking about Rob McElhenney and Kaitlin Olson, aka Mack and Dee. Word has it, they may be in the middle of a tense separation — supposedly because he cheated!!!
The co-stars fell in love while filming the show and eventually married. They have two kids, 11 and 12 years old. That makes this all the more heartbreaking — again, if it’s true.

OK, so the source of the rumor is DeuxMoi — who posted a blind item in their newsletter over the weekend. A source who would only identify themselves as “sometimes stormy” sent an email with the subject line “not always sunny.” They filled the item with heavy-handed hints, claiming:
Rob cheated on Kaitlin?!? With some Welsh girl? No!!!! Say it ain’t so!
OK, obviously they’re talking about Always Sunny. But why does everyone assume it’s Roblin and not the show’s other married couple, Charlie Day and Mary Elizabeth Ellis?
It’s that last word there — the setting of the alleged infidelity. Wales.
That makes much more sense for Rob McElhenney, who has been spending a lot of time in the UK country recently after purchasing a football club with pal Ryan Reynolds. Did the co-creator of Sunny and Mythic Quest really throw away his 15-year marriage, his long, beautiful relationship just to get some Welsh rarebit??
Obviously the worst part would be the family fallout, but also… they work together. This could destroy It’s Always Sunny In Philadelphia, too! Yeesh…
