The iconic Irish sitcom Father Ted hit our screens 25 years ago today and to celebrate its big birthday, Dermot Morgan’s son shared a fond memory.
Dermot, who played everybody’s favourite priest Father Ted Crilly, passed away just three years after the show began but his son Don hasn’t forgotten when his dad was cast in the hit series.
Don, who was only a teenager when his dad got the huge role, took to Twitter to share his memory of Dermot getting the role.
