Saudi Arabia side Al-Shabab are reportedly willing to offer former Manchester United goalkeeper David de Gea a return to football.
De Gea, 33, left United in June after 12 years at the club - during which time he made 545 appearances. Despite winning the Premier League Golden Glove in his final season at Old Trafford, the goalkeeper was allowed to leave after the club opted not to sign the contract extension.
Moves to Real Madrid and Newcastle have never materialised but it's now being reported that De Gea could finally be about to make his return to football. The Daily Mail has reported that Al-Shabab are in negotiations with the former Atletico Madrid shot-stopper.

De Gea is part of a major recruitment push by Al-Shabab, who are also making moves for Sevilla midfielder Ivan Rakitic, Newcastle's Miguel Almiron and Chelsea's Hakim Ziyech.
Al-Shabab are currently struggling in the Saudi Pro League having sacked ex-Liverpool star Igor Biscan. Reports have claimed they have held talks with former United manager Jose Mourinho - who is currently unemployed after being sacked by AS Roma.
Elsewhere, Spanish outlet Fichajes have suggested that United are keeping tabs on Jan Oblak's situation at Atletico Madrid. It's said that Atletico would be receptive to offers for their number one.
Despite signing Andre Onana from Inter to replace De Gea in the summer, the Reds are said to be keen on bringing the Slovakia international to England. The report adds that United are hopeful that a fee of around £38.5million could tempt Atletico into doing business.
