Danniella Westbrook has reportedly broken up with her fiancé just a few months after getting engaged. The soap star, 48, and her mystery man said to be named David, 28, have known each other for six years while they were both living in Spain. The couple have had a whirlwind of a romance, breaking up and getting back together in an on again, off again relationship.

Former Eastenders actress Danniella Westbrook has revealed that she is to go under the knife once again as NHS medics undertake around £500,000 worth of reconstructive surgery to help repair her face after years of drug use. The surgery will rebuild the star’s damaged cheekbones and reform her collapsed nose, after she very nearly suffered life threatening complications as a result of the damage caused by her previous substance abuse.The 48 year old star had previously ruled out having surgery as the private fees were too high, but following a health scare last Christmas which left her struggling to breathe and resulted in an intensive care stay, the NHS stepped in to schedule the procedure.

As well as her collapsed jaw and cheekbones, the 48 year old star's nose crumbled after excessive drug use when she was younger.The former EastEnders actress has already gone through numerous surgeries up to this point, but it appears there's still further work to be done as she told OK! magazine: "I've got another three to go." Speaking at The Cabins star Bertie Garratt's clothing label WHSKY launch, she told us: "It's getting there, but I'm not doing anymore now until nearer Christmas because obviously I've got a lot of recovery in between." Danniella has been open about her journey in and out of hospital as she previously said she needs the plastic surgery "to survive" while doctors revealed the entire process will cost a whopping half a million pounds.
