Daniel Radcliffe reads 'Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone' online

As part of the Harry Potter at Home initiative, some of the biggest names in the franchise have come together to read a chapter of the story that started it all.

The Harry Potter star Daniel Radcliffe revealed that he texted co-star Rupert Grint to congratulate him on the arrival of his baby girl. Previously, it was reported that the representative of Rupert Grint said in an official statement that the Harry Potter actor Rupert Grint and Georgia Groome welcomed a baby girl and requested that the couple should be given privacy at this time.

Rowling in his own voice and it has been made available for online streaming on the Harry Potter at Home website. The actor read out the story of the Philosopher's Stone as a part of the initiative taken by author J.K. Rowling to entertain the kids during the lockdown imposed due to the global Coronavirus outbreak.

A roster of celebrities including Daniel Radcliffe and David Beckham will read JK Rowling‘s beloved novel Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone in its entirety.

For any muggle, witch or wizard who is struggling during this Coronavirus isolation, there is an incredible, magical surprise coming from the land of witchcraft and wizardry.

Daniel Radcliffe has a magical gift for Harry Potter fans.  On Tuesday, J.K. Rowling announced that she will be releasing an audio recording of the first installment of the Harry Potter book series Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone in collaboration with her Wizarding World media company, and she's recruited some star-studded Potterheads to help.  A new chapter of the beloved book will be released weekly and read by a different celebrity.

Daniel Radcliffe, Eddie Redmayne, Dakota Fanning and more celebs are lending their voices for a good cause. The actors are reading a chapter each from "Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone," the first in J.K.
