Dancing On Ice suffered an unfortunate blunder during Sunday's show as Phillip Schofield accidentally cut to co-host Holly Willoughby live on-air. During the latest instalment, where Sally Dynevor became the latest star to leave the ITV skating show, Phillip, 59, caught up with the celebrities off the ice to discuss their routines. After speaking to a handful of the stars, Phillip went to cut to Holly as he said: "Holly?!" To which Phillip was met with an awkward silence before Holly whispered off-camera: "No!" However, ever the professional, Phillip saw the funny side as he continued presenting adding: "Oh, right, they've worked incredibly hard to make it through to next week.
