As Dancing on Ice fans prepare to watch Kimberly Wyatt, Regan Gascoigne and Brendan Cole skate it out in the upcoming final this Sunday 27 March, it's only natural for us to wonder who might be part of the next star-studded line-up strapping on their skates. When we caught up with the finalists – who all seemed to be taking the pressure in their stride – they revealed who from their phonebooks they'd love to see take to the ice.

When we asked Brendan if he thought Tony would be any good on the show, he laughed: "I think he'd be entertaining." Brendan then went on to praise former contestant Bez – who has arguably been one of the most entertaining contestants on this year's show, even though he wasn't the strongest skater. Does he think Tony could bring a similar spark to a future series? He explained: "I was a bit disappointed when Bez left because there was that element of, you know, Bez brought something very unique to the show.
"You really didn’t know what he was gonna do. "And every week he got a little bit better, and, especially backstage, he was doing some incredible stuff." Bez managed to secure his spot week on week until he was eventually booted off in week six when the judges opted to save Coronation Street star Sally Dynevor.

In a shake-up to its typical Sunday schedule, ITV has confirmed that the Dancing on Ice final will not air on Sunday 20 March, due to a scheduling conflict.The dancing show's finale has been pushed back by a week so the channel can cover the FA Cup quarter-final match between Nottingham Forest and Liverpool.The football match is due to kick off at 5.15pm and coverage will be on ITV for three hours, meaning that the programme would clash with Dancing on Ice’s usual prime-time 6.30pm slot on ITV1.
