Coronation Street actress Sally Dynevor sent Dancing On Ice fans wild on Sunday's episode as she unveiled a new hair transformation. For the ITV show's Movie Week, the actress, 58, who has played Sally Metcalfe on the cobbles for more than 30 years, wore a brown wig complete with a fringe as she portrayed Judy Garland on ice.
Sally and pro partner Matt Evers performed a routine to The Trolley Song from Meet Me in St Louis where they received a total of 26 points.Talking afterwards, the soap star said: "I really enjoyed this routine, it was just so much fun to do.To wear the costume, the wig, and the outfit, and the trolley!" Supporting Sally in the audience was Coronation Street co-star Brooke Vincent, who played her on-screen daughter Sophie Webster on the ITV soap. She said of Sally's costume: "Oh my gosh, isn't she just beautiful?" adding: "She looked fab, she looked about 20 with her wig on, didn't she?" Taking to Twitter, fans were left gobsmacked over Sally's hair transformation and insisted that she looked years younger than her age of 58.
