Phillip Schofield was applauded on Dancing On Ice as he appeared on the ITV skating show.
The show addressed host Phil coming out as gay at the start, with some words of tribute from judge Ashley Banjo.
Diversity dancer Ashley took a moment to pay homage to Schofe.
"It's been a big, big week," he said.
"You've always been an absolute legend and never more than this week my friend."
The judges and the audience burst into applause at Ashley's warm words.
