SXSW has added a spate of new speakers to its 2020 conference lineup.
Damon Lindelof, Lulu Wang, St. Vincent, Janelle Monáe and Michael Moore are among the keynote speakers who will attend the festival in Austin from March 13 to 22.
Fresh off the release of critically acclaimed HBO drama Watchmen, Lindelof will speak with composers Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross about their collaboration on the music for the show.

Doing it differently! Not all celebrities got dolled up to watch the 2020 Academy Awards this year, choosing to enjoy the awards show from the comforts of their couches instead.
Janelle Monáe opened Sunday (Feb. 9) night's 92nd Academy Awards by giving the viewers at home and the glitterati in the Dolby Theater in Los Angeles a bit of visual comfort food.
And the winner is…
Janelle Monáe was one of the artists to perform at the 2020 Oscars tonight. Monáe opened the show alongside Billy Porter and a team of dancers, who were dressed in costumes from films of the past year: Midsommar, Us, Joker, JoJo Rabbit, and more.
The 92nd Academy Awards went host-free for the second year in a row, and once again was better for it. Janelle Monáe's musical number and a couple of minutes of jokes from top-tier past hosts Steve Martin and Chris Rock were more than enough to fill the room with energy and fun. The three of them set the right thoughtful but celebratory tone for the rest of the night.
