A Stirling University student has spoken of his own family’s devastating experience during Pancreatic Cancer Awareness Month.
Earlier this year, Keir Morton raised thousands of pounds for pancreatic cancer research, in memory of his dad Alistair, who died on New Year’s Day this year, little more than two weeks after diagnosis.
Latest data from Public Health Scotland showed nearly 1000 people are diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in Scotland a year, with around 50 of those coming from Forth Valley.
