Craig Doyle confirms This Morning 'last' as fans flood show bosses with demand

Craig Doyle has confirmed a 'last' during his latest stint on This Morning. The Irish broadcaster finished up his latest week-long stint on the ITV daytime show alongside Holly Willoughby on Thursday (July 6).
The pair have spent the past two weeks fronting the popular programme together after Craig was drafted in on a more permanent basis to co-host following the sudden exit of Phillip Schofield. The 61-year-old announces last month he was quitting the show after more than 20 years on the famous sofa.
However, he later stepped back from his career with ITV altogether after admitting to an "unwise but not illegal" affair with a younger colleague which has since seen those in charge of ITV quizzed by MPs during a session of the Culture, Media and Sport Committee in Parliament last month.

Since then, Holly has been joined by Craig, Josie Gibson and Dermot O'Leary at the helm of This Morning and after a week of shows last week with Craig, they were back together for another stint before Dermot returns to screens alongside Alison Hammond on Friday (July 7).
And they had a busy show on their hands as Holly prepares to wind down for the summer. They chatted to Formula 1 superstar Lando Norris who appeared live on the show via video link from Silverstone ahead of this weekend's British Grand Prix while cosmetic surgeon to the stars doctor Aaron Rollins was in the studio to talk about the fat removal procedure taking Hollywood by storm.
