Manchester council has warned it is looking at steps to stop motorists using a 'free' city centre parking spot.

The Manchester Evening News revealed earlier today how dozens of cars and vans have started parking underneath the Mancunian Way.

Cycling campaigner James Stafford highlighted the problem in a video that shows a stretch of the central reservation is entirely filled with vehicles.
