Corrie's Joseph and grandma Linda stars pose in sweet behind-the-scenes snap

Coronation Street 's Joseph Brown and grandma Linda Hancock stars, William Flanagan and Jacqueline Leonard, have posed for a sweet behind-the-scenes snap after their emotional storyline. Only recently, panicked dad Chesney Brown rushed to the airport just in time to reunite with son Joseph before he started a new life with grandma Linda in Portugal.
Taking to Twitter to mark the storyline on Monday, Chris Flanagan, who is father to Joseph star William, Hope Stape star Isabella Flanagan and Emmerdale's April Windsor star Amelia Flanagan, posted the sweet picture. The proud dad penned: "@JacquieLeonard Will loved filming with you and will miss Grandma Linda, maybe it’s time they bring back the @itvcorrie specials and do a Portugal one!" In the sweet snap, it sees William and Jacqueline posing on the cobbles while filming in red ITV padded jackets. During Monday 28 February’s episode of the ITV soap, Chesney was in a race against time to make it in time to get to Joseph before he started his new life with grandma Linda in Portugal.
The pair eventually came face-to-face and enjoyed a heartfelt chat as Chesney realised he’d made a mistake and that Joseph didn’t want to leave after all. Soap fans were thrilled that Chesney got to Joseph just in time, before he left the country with his ex Katy’s mum.
As fans blasted Chesney and Gemma’s decision to let Joseph go to Portugal in the first place, many said Chesney’s oldest child was bringing them to tears and that they were so glad he was returning to Weatherfield.
