A coroner has questioned whether lessons learned following the death of a young man at an illegal lockdown rave have been shared with other forces by Greater Manchester Police - and 'embedded' elsewhere.
Twenty-year-old Joe Robinson died of a fatal drug overdose on June 14 after attending a gathering at Daisy Nook Country Park in Oldham.
