Police have arrested two men after allegedly finding a weapon in a car.
Traffic officers from Greater Manchester Police (GMP) shared an image of what appears to be a machete, that has been seized for evidence.
A spokesman for GMP Traffic said that the car was first reported as suspicious by Highways England, while it was on the M62, near Eccles.
Cops eventually followed it to St Helens, where two men were arrested on suspicion of possession of an offensive weapon.
