A CNN new anchor has been caught out in an awkward blunder after mistakenly claiming the COP26 summit was taking place in Edinburgh.
CNN's lead political anchor Wolf Blitzer posted on social media with a backdrop of Edinburgh Castle as he stated that delegates and world leaders had descended on the city.
But the COP26 is of course taking place in Glasgow.
