Christine Lampard has shared that she makes a break for some much-needed alone time in her very own "she shed" in the garden, where she hides from her children. The Lorraine presenter and Loose Women panellist shares children Patricia, four, and Freddie, two, with her football legend husband Frank Lampard. Opening up about how tricky it can be to get any peace and quiet during stressful times at home, Christine joked that there's nowhere to "hide".
The star then realised that after she and Frank bought a little shed in the garden to put all their outdoor bits in, it could be the perfect location to escape now and then. Sharing all with her Loose Women co-stars today, 21 December, Christine explained: "There’s very, very few hiding places in our house – it used to be the loo, but you can open the doors from the other side anyway. “So everyone’s figured out how to do that and my two-year-old just goes, 'mummy!' – [and then] un-click… "But, weirdly, we bought this little shed recently to put all the gardening bits in and all the muck that you don’t want in the house," the TV presenter went on.
"It’s tiny but I walked into it the other day and thought, ‘this could be a good hiding place' – even just a little five minutes. "And nobody’s interested in it because it’s just the shed – but I could convert it and no one would even know," the star added happily. It comes as Christine joined the rest of the Loose Women crew for the show's annual Christmas party earlier this week, and things got raucous for the gang.
