Chloe Madeley has described people wishing for her and James Haskell to reconcile as a "slap in the face" as she opened up about the end of their marriage for the first time. The couple called time on their relationship in September after nearly five years of marriage.
Chloe and James then confirmed the end of their relationship in a statement issued at the end of October after speculations about the status of their marraige. The message shared publically confirmed that the pair parted ways at the end of September after Chloe was photographed not wearing her wedding ring on her left hand in the weeks prior.
They said they had "mutually decided" to separate before adding: "Our sole focus now is our beautiful daughter. We shall continue to co-parent with nothing but love."

After enduring a rocky end to 2023, Chloe has now candidly admitted there were times when she would “just sit and cry all day”, but the star has no regrets about the pair’s decision to separate and is now feeling excited about the new path she’s paving for herself and daughter.
Speaking about her split from James, Chloe told OK! Magazine: "If you think of relationships, you have pillars in place to hold them up and I think we just found we didn’t have enough there to hold us up any more."
