Valentine’s Day may be over for another year, but Chloe Lewis’ hair will carry on its love legacy.The former TOWIE star decided to take the red theme through to her tresses, opting for a new tonal berry hair colour in lieu of her usual mid-brunette shade.The 30 year old debuted the look on her Instagram yesterday, saying: “Always wanted to go this colour but always been too scared.” Showing off the final look, Chloe then updated her followers with: “Went red for Valentine’s Day.” The star has chosen a subtle red shade, which gives her brown hair a warm lift.The colour is more visible on her root sections, while the ends of her hair have a subtle balayage effect. Chloe’s fringe section has also been styled to look quite 70s, with the ends flicking out away from her face.
Red hair colours and 70s cuts are big trends for 2022, so Chloe is very en-vogue with her new look. Many of us will also have been influenced into cutting curtain bangs after seeing our favourite celebs, like Chloe, wearing the style so perfectly.
However, they can be tricky customers to style… “While your hair is still warm, use Velcro Rollers (approx four at the crown, and also on the fringe to add lift and body). Leave rollers on for ten minutes and then brush out,” advises Nick Willis, Charles Worthington master stylist.
