Amazon Studios has given a series order to its YA action-thriller pilot Harlan Coben’s Shelter, an adaptation of Coben’s Mickey Bolitar novels with Jaden Michael (Colin in Black and White) starring as Bolitar. The project, co-produced by MGM International Television Productions and Amazon Studios, will premiere on Prime Video.

Based on the first novel in Coben’s Mickey Bolitar trilogy, the YA thriller series stars Jaden Michael as Bolitar as he navigates his new life with a mom in rehab, a dead father, an annoying aunt, and a new school in New Jersey with a camel as its mascot. When a creepy old lady who may or may not be a ghost tells Mickey that his father isn’t dead, Mickey is sure he’s losing his mind on top of everything.

Former co-stars of Jerry Lewis are accusing the late performer of sexual harassment and assault in a new documentary and exposé. In the Vanity Fair chronicle, "The Hunting Ground" and "Allen v. Farrow" directors Kirby Dick and Amy Ziering speak with actresses Karen Sharpe and Hope Holiday who detail their alleged experiences with Lewis, who died in 2017 at age 91.

In a feature — and accompanying short film — for Vanity Fair’s annual “Hollywood Issue,” a number of the so-called King of Comedy’s leading ladies, female co-stars and many other aspiring, talented women allege that Jerry Lewis sexually harassed and, in at least one case, sexually assaulted them.
