'Chicago Med' Loses Major Part of Creative Team for Season 10

EXCLUSIVE: Vice Media Group has announced a new creative structure for its global production business now dubbed Vice Studios Group, which will oversee five premium production entities: Pulse Films, UnTypical, Vice Studios LatAm, Vice Studios Canada and a news documentary unit. Vice Studios Group will be led by the newly elevated Jamie Hall in London and Danny Gabai in Los Angeles as Co-Presidents.

The last NBC drama series whose fate had not been determined, Law & Order: Organized Crime, is finalizing a deal for a 10-episode Season 5 renewal, sources said. As Deadline reported exclusively this month, the Wolf Entertainment series will be relocating from NBC to sibling Peacock, with the new season streaming exclusively on the platform.

The announcement comes after Variety reported that a second season was set to receive $25 million in tax credits by relocating shooting to the state of California. We love ‘Chicago Med’ and have devoted all our creative energies to it, but after nine seasons we feel it’s time for us to move on and explore other possibilities,” the pair said in a statement on Tuesday.

Dick Wolf’s trio of FBI dramas will continue at CBS. FBI, FBI: Most Wanted and FBI: International have all been renewed by the network.
