USA Today reported. In September, the FBI raided Harris’ home in Naperville and arrested him on federal child porn charges.
His arrest came after two brothers sued him for sexual harassment that occurred for over a year when they were 13 and Harris was 19. Court documents say Harris traveled to Florida for the sole purpose of engaging in sexual acts with an underage boy.
Harris remains in federal custody awaiting trial.
