The clarification comes after The Sun inaccurately reported that Newton was axed from "Magic Mike's Last Dance" due to a heated debate with Channing Tatum over the Will Smith Oscars slap. "This report is completely inaccurate," a representative for Newton told Fox News Digital.

Channing Tatum is in a good mood while arriving on the set of Magic Mike 3 in London, England on Friday (March 25).
The 41-year-old actor kept it casual in a hoodie and jean jacket as he met up with Thandiwe Newton, who was seen dancing around, to start filming on the movie in the city center.
The two actors were also spotted filming inside a cab.
In a recent appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, Channing opened up about how he’s already very sore from training for the movie.

“My body aches. We’re in rehearsal with Allison [Holker] right now as tWitch knows it’s very intense,” he shared, before adding that one thing not on his to-do list for the movie is getting waxed.
Channing said, “I’m not going to do waxing this time. I think we’re going to change with the times. You don’t need to be naked, you don’t need to look like a Chinese crested hairless cat or something to be sexy anymore. That’s kinda a thing of the old.”
At the moment, plot details are being kept under wraps about the third film in the franchise.
Just recently, Channing opened up about why he almost turned down his return.
