CBB star Lauren Harries' health update after seven months in hospital and brain surgery

Lauren Harries has shared a health update after spending several months in hospital and undergoing an emergency brain operation. The Celebrity Big Brother star, 45, has finally been discharged from hospital seven months after they were admitted, following brain surgery which resulted in the star receiving treatment in intensive care. Lauren, who appeared on CBB in 2016, has been suffering from a spinal injury and has received several operations, as well as spending time in an induced coma.
Lauren's mum Katy has now issued an update on her daughter's health via social media, revealing the star is finally home after a "stressful" few months. Taking to X, formerly known as Twitter, Katy wrote: "Update: Laurens out of hospital. It's been the most stressful 7 months of our families lives.
But she's home in time for Christmas. "Note from Lauren: 'It's wonderful not seeing the worry on my family's faces anymore, merry Christmas thank you to all of my stars for your love.'" Social media users flocked to wish Lauren well, with one writing: "Brilliant news for you all. Hope you have a relaxing and lovely Christmas," while a second said: "Great news! Have a wonderful Christmas." Lauren's difficult few months began when she was rushed into hospital for emergency brain surgery back in April.
