Filming the “WAP” music video was very expensive for Cardi B.
The 27-year-old rapper spoke with i-D magazine and revealed that since they shot the video during a pandemic, it was a requirement for everyone to get tested for COVID-19.
“It was kind of weird shooting the video in the age of corona,” she shared, and added that she spent “$100,000 just on testing. Everybody on the shoot had to get tested for coronavirus.”
