This is the dramatic moment a car went up in flames before armed police locked down a Fife street.
Emergency services scrambled to Mina Crescent in the small village of Kinglassie near Glenrothes following the major incident this morning.
We told how officers were called after a man barricaded himself in a house.
Armed officers appeared to be aiming weapons at a property on the road and a burnt out car could also be seen on the street behind them.
