On Tuesday (May 9), showrunner Michael Patrick King confirmed that 77-year-old Emmy-winning actress will be reprising her role from Sex & the City for season two of the HBO Max series.

Candice will be reprising her role as Enid Frick, Carrie Bradshaw’s (Sarah Jessica Parker) editor at Vogue.
“Candice Bergen is back as Enid, which we’re thrilled about because I always loved Enid,” Michael shared with Entertainment Weekly. “She is a cold, wonderful diva of publishing.”
Fans last saw Enid in 2008′s Sex & the City movie, where she asked Carrie to model for Vogue‘s “The Last Single Girl” photo spread for their bridal issue ahead of her marriage to the now deceased Mr. Big (Chris Noth).
Michael also revealed that feminist icon Gloria Steinem will be appearing in season two playing herself.
