According to Jeremy, Camilla told the King: "Kate almost lost her hat." The lip reader believes Charles said to his wife "oh it's merry hell" before Camilla declared: "I could use a drink after this." Monday’s Commonwealth Day Service was the first with King Charles as monarch, and it saw him deliver a message marking the occasion from the Great Pulpit in Westminster Abbey, where his official Coronation will take place in two months' time.
