Queen Camilla appears to be enjoying herself on her trip to France with King Charles after she was left in fits of laughter during a visit to the French National Library yesterday.
As the Queen and the French First lady Brigitte Macron posed for photographs together, the two women appeared to be left with the giggles, which displays the sweet bond they have made during the royal tour.
Brigitte, who is the wife of French president Emmanuel Macron, attempted to contain her laughter by putting her hand over his mouth while Camilla tried her best to deliver a speech in French.
The pair hailed the power of literature at the Bibliothèque Nationale de France, launching a new Franco-British literary prize, The Entente Littéraire Prize, the Express reports.
The new prize reinforces "cultural ties whilst celebrating the joys of reading", with Queen Camilla being known for her passion surrounding the topic.
While the 76-year-old Queen Consort seemed to enjoy her visit alongside the First Lady, the King made history by becoming the first ever royal to deliver a speech at the French Senate.
Charles, who has a long history with France, arrived just before 10am UK time and signed the visitors book upon his highly anticipated arrival.
The monarch was given a warm welcome as he was greeted with a round of applause and a standing ovation which he received once again after his speech.
Charles and Camilla have now left Paris and will spend their final day in Bordeaux before flying back to the UK.
Their visit was initially planned for March but violent protests across the country meant it had to be postponed.
