A cage fighter has been jailed for kicking his ex-partner to death and trying to kill the 15-year-old boy she was having sex with.
Paul Robson, 50, was on the run when he used his steel-toed capped boots on teacher Caroline Kayll, 47, and slashed her buttocks at her home in Linton, Northumberland, last November.
He then turned on the teenager with scissors and a meat cleaver, leaving him traumatised.
