Stereolab have announced a new run of UK and European dates, which will take place in October, November and December this year – find tickets here.The band will begin their tour in Paris at La Gaité Lyrique on October 26, after their extensive US tour finishes up in North Carolina. The Paris show is followed by dates in Lisbon, Amsterdam, Rome, Berlin and more.They head to the UK on November 24, where they’re due to play Concorde 2 in Brighton, with shows in Leeds, Manchester, Edinburgh and Glasgow shortly after.The tour culminates with a takeover of both stages at EartH in London on December 3, where the band will be be joined by four other acts that are still to be announced.Afterwards, Tim, Laetitia and Martin will be playing disks in the main room until 3am for the UltraDisco.

Emmerdale star Paige Sandhu has shared a "hilarious" behind-the-scenes secret from her character Meena Jutla's chilling barn scenes earlier this year. Viewers will recall that in January Meena locked Manpreet Sharma and Vinny Dingle in an abandoned barn and planned to kill them both in a horrific double murder plot. However, Manpreet and Vinny were thankfully saved by Liam Cavanagh with Meena managing to escape before she was eventually caught months later and sentenced to a minimum of 75 years in prison.

Thania Garcia HYBE, the Korean music company representing BTS, lost $1.7 billion of market value within the first hour of stock trading on Wednesday (June 15) following the band’s hiatus announcement.On Tuesday, June 14, the seven group members announced that they are going on a hiatus — via a translator — to pursue solo work, which almost instantaneously knocked HYBE shares in South Korean trade down by nearly 28%. HYBE shares had fallen by just about 25,000 won on Wednesday morning and continued to drop throughout the day, wiping out $1.7 billion of market capitalization.Within the first hour of trading, the shares surged slightly from their starting point of 140,000 won to 145,500 won.

Sports Team have announced their ‘Friendship tour’ dates in support of their forthcoming second album ‘Gulp‘.The indie rockers have an 11-date run scheduled across the UK and Ireland between October 11 and 25, 2022. Ahead of that, they play 17 shows in the US from mid September until early October, with dates kicking off in Atlanta on September 16.In the UK the band will play shows in Leeds Glasgow, Birmingham, Manchester, Nottingham, Southampton, Bristol, Norwich, London, Belfast and Dublin.

Girls Aloud have announced a charity run in memory of Sarah Harding. The late singer's bandmates Cheryl, Kimberley Walsh, Nadine Coyle and Nicola Roberts have revealed plans for a fundraising campaign in partnership with Cancer Research UK to honour their friend after her tragic death in September last year aged 39. Now, the group are launching a special 'Race For Life For Sarah' 5k event, which seeks to raise money for breast cancer research in line with a "poignant and specific wish" Sarah expressed before her death.
