A child has been left with injuries to their face after glass fell from a fourth floor window in Manchester city centre.
It happened just a short distance away from Piccadilly Gardens at around 1:15pm this afternoon.
Police and fire crews said they were called to Piccadilly Plaza on New York Street after reports debris from a "failed" window pane had fallen onto a child below.
