Brandy is back in action as Cinderella alongside Rita Ora‘s Queen of Hearts in the trailer for Descendants: The Rise of Red!
If you forgot, the 45-year-old musician played Cinderella in 1997′s Rodgers & Hammerstein’s Cinderella. She and her Prince Charming Paolo Montalban are reprising their roles in the new Disney movie musical.
On Thursday (May 23), the first trailer offered a hint at what fans should expect when the movie premieres this summer.

In the trailer, Rita‘s Queen of Hearts executes a coup against Auradon, forcing her daughter Red (Kylie Cantrall) to join forces with Cinderella’s daughter Chloe (Malia Baker) to go back in time to save the Queen from her descent into villainy.
The movie also stars China Anne McClain, Jeremy Swift, Dara Reneé, Ruby Rose Turner, Morgan Dudley, Melanie Paxson, Leonardo Nam, Joshua Colley and Peder Lindell.
