WATCH: Angelina Jolie on how she survived split from Brad PittThe business reportedly filed the lawsuit against Brad on Thursday, claiming he "masterminded a so-far-successful plan to seize control of" the French winery he and Angelina used to co-own.Documents also suggested the actor tried to leverage the vineyard and home to prevent Angelina from speaking publicly about the details of their divorce.In the lawsuit, the company accuses Brad of "waging a vindictive war" against Jolie and treating “Château Miraval … as his personal fiefdom".The court documents continued, claiming Brad had "wasted [Château Miraval]’s assets, spending millions on vanity projects, including more than [$US]1 million [approx. $1.5 million] on swimming pool renovations and other funds restoring a recording studio."The legal battle between Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt appears to be heating up again.The suit went on to accuse Brad of demanding a “hush clause” that would prevent Angeline from speaking about the circumstances of their divorce during negotiations for her to buy her half of the winery.It also accused Brad of “gaslighting” and attempting to play the “victim” in the legal battle, following his own lawsuit in June.“To be clear, it is Pitt, and not Jolie, Nouvel or any of the other Defendants, who has acted in a hostile, destructive, and illegal manner.

Their marriage may have ended years ago, but the legal battles continue to rage between exes Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt.

We are currently knee-deep into Fall Film Festival Season and because of that, we’re looking ahead to awards time and then perhaps the Oscars in early 2023.

I read it in the month that followed my divorce [from Brad Pitt in 2016],” recalls Jolie, who shot the adaptation at Rome’s Cinecittà Studios. “It had the effect on me that it’s had on so many people,” Jolie says, noting that the blurb on the cover says that the book is about the complexity of the human condition.  

Olivia Wilde has taken another swipe at her former fiancé Jason Sudeikis after she was served with custody papers while delivering a speech onstage at CinemaCon in Las Vegas.

Angelina Jolie was photographed appearing to have endured bruises after she was allegedly assaulted on a private jet by Brad Pitt. Black and white images seem to show dark marks on the ‘Maleficent’ actress’ hand and elbow after the couple’s onboard fight in September 2016. The pictures, first published by Page Six, are said to have been included in a FBI report on the incident, the contents of which have now been widely reported.
