Boris Johnson has said that the phased reopening of schools is 'crucial' for children as he gave an update on the dates they will open their gates.
Speaking at Sunday's Downing Street briefing, the Prime Minister confirmed that the government intends to go ahead with a phased reopening of schools, from June 1.
