Bob Saget‘s is attempting to block the release of records related to the investigation surrounding the his death.
According to ET, the comedian’s wife Kelly Rizzo and their daughters, Aubrey, Lara, and Jennifer, are suing the medical examiner’s office and the Orange County sheriff in order to stop the release of records that could contain photos, videos or audio recordings related to his death.

The court docs state, “Plaintiffs will suffer irreparable harm in the form of extreme mental pain, anguish, and emotional distress if Defendants release the Records in response to public records requests or otherwise disseminate the Records for any other reason or purpose.” The filing also argues that no public interest would be served by the release of the records.
Last week, Bob‘s autopsy was made public and revealed that the severity of his head injury. The 65-year-old Full House star fractured his skull in multiple places across his skull and had bleeding across both sides of his brain. Bob‘s daughter Lara recently shared a touching tribute to him on social media.
