But fan speculation about Eilish identifying as has ramped up lately after she posted an Instagram story and seemed to same-sex attraction in other posts.In her Variety interview, Eilish also reflected on identifying as a woman.
She said she uses she/her pronouns but has never really felt like a girl—something that was only heightened by the public around and sexuality as a teen.“I’ve never felt like a woman, to be honest with you,” she said.
“I’ve never felt desirable.
I’ve never felt feminine.
I have to convince myself that I’m, like, a pretty girl.
