Bijou Phillips is divorcing Danny Masterson after nearly 12 years of marriage.
The 43-year-old actress, who has been married to Danny since 2011, filed to end their relationship on Monday (September 18).
The decision came after the That ’70s Show actor was sentenced to 30 years in prison after he was convicted on two counts of forcible rape earlier in the year.
Danny‘s wife supported him through his sentencing and reports suggested that she would stay by his side as he served out his sentence.

“Ms. Phillips has decided to file for divorce from her husband during this unfortunate time. Her priority remains with her daughter,” Bijou‘s lawyer Peter A. Lauzon told TMZ.
He added, “This period has been unimaginably hard on the marriage and the family. Mr. Masterson was always present for Ms. Phillips during her most difficult times of her life. Ms. Phillips acknowledges that Mr. Masterson is a wonderful father to their daughter.”
Bijou and Danny welcomed a daughter named Fianna Francis Masterson in February 2014.
