Big Brother feud erupts as Farida and Kerry continue to clash

Big Brother 2023's first housemate fallout is well and truly on. In Thursday 12 October's episode, which airs at 9pm on ITV2, the 16 contestants are still busy with the opening shopping task of the series - known as Big Bros Ltd. Fire warden Jordan slept in his uniform just incase the Big Brother house's alarm was set off, and the new day actually turns out to be his birthday.
"We're waiting on the fire alarm. I was awake all night waiting for that.
The safety of my housemates is paramount to me," he comments after waking up. Jordan is then stopped in his tracks by the blaring fire alarm as his fellow housemates evacuate themselves to the garden as part of the procedure.
Next arrive a collection of additional tasks, including counting change and the licking and sealing of envelopes. Big Bros Ltd then faces a power cut, leaving three of the stars to take charge of an electricity-themed challenge. Whether or not the housemates have done enough to pass the first shopping task is yet to be seen, but they'll be praying for that luxury shopping budget.
Elsewhere in the latest visit to the Big Brother house, Farida Khalifa and Kerry Riches' locking of horns shows no sign of stalling. Speaking in the Diary Room about Kerry's shopping task promotion, an impassioned Farida shares: "She might be proud that she’s been promoted because she’s even higher than the middle management and that title will make her feel extremely honoured. "However, I hope it’s full of tasks as in counting rather than working her mouth but working her mindset, her brain, her hands..." Later on, the feuding pair are seen talking to Olivia about cosmetics, with Farida gesturing to Kerry: "Our generation never did it, we weren’t aware." Turning to Jenkin, Kerry
